We supply professional products suitable for Hotels and Restaurants in Tanzania and Zanzibar. All our products - from food to cleaning products - are from well known international and local brands, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in all areas.

Yes.

We supply hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, cafés, and other HORECA businesses in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

As a B2B supplier, we support professional customers with wholesale products, reliable availability, and the option to order online. Delivery is made directly to your business location within our service areas, making day-to-day procurement simple and efficient for hospitality operations.

Depending on the product, our team will provide you with all the information you need. In the case of cleaning products, we have a dedicated team of technicians who will train you in all aspects. The same we provide for rented or purchased coffee machines.

We offer free delivery within Dar es Salaam for orders with a minimum value of TZS 250,000 excl. VAT .

In Zanzibar, deliveries are also free once the minimum order value is met.

For deliveries outside Dar es Salaam (e.g. Arusha, Dodoma), a handling fee and transportation costs apply. These costs are calculated based on order volume, even for orders above TZS 250,000 excl. VAT.

We operate weekly delivery routes across Zanzibar, covering multiple regions.

Orders are typically delivered within two days once they are dispatched.

Yes. A minimum order value of TZS 150,000 excl. VAT applies to all orders.

Yes.

We offer technical support and technician services for selected products and equipment supplied to our B2B customers in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Our team can assist with installation, setup, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, depending on the product and service agreement. Technical support is coordinated through our support team and can be arranged as part of your ongoing supply relationship.

We can accept returns / exchanges for defective products and non-food items only.

Please ensure the correctness of the product and condition while receiving it from our Driver on delivery or while pickup from our Office.

Yes, you can order most of our products if you are not based in Tanzania. However, please note that transportation costs outside of East Africa can be quite high. You can verify the shipping rates with UPS and DHL. We provide transport through Truck and AirCargo as well.
